Barb receives a simple +10 weapon damage

What's everyone's position in the present numeric portion of things arising from class perks/skills?

I ask because I recently discovered that Barb gets a flat +10 damage to weapons as a perk which basically increases the damage to weapons by about 1-2 tiers of rarity. It puts their junk starter axe equal to the Common one in that respect.

I'm pointing this out since the majority of other gains of perks and skills do not provide as significant an increase, usually being just 5-10% (1 about 2 points per). The only other boost in power of a perk or skill at that identical level is the Rogue's Weakpoint Attack ability, which can reduce the defense of the target by 50 percent as well.

I can see that the number is higher due to the fact that daggers are weaker in department of base stats, but it is also an instance where 50% of even the lowest dagger power is about 7.5 points, and at the moment you reach even common, the percentage increases by about 10 Dark And Darker Gold for sale.
